The mix of ingredients in Foxtrot includes the common joint features glucosamine at 1.5g, MSM at a gram, and 800mg of chondroitin. The other four ingredients making up the supplement are 100mg of hyaluronic acid, 250mg each of boswellia and tart cherry, and 300mg each of ginger powder and turmeric.
